Carrie Underwood was nominated for three awards including CMT performance of the year, and was the night’s only multiple award winner making her the fans’ Top Pick for 2010.

The former ‘American Idol’ winner walked away with the night’s top honors, including video of the year for ‘Cowboy Casanova’ and CMT performance of the year for ‘Temporary Home.’

She made history two months ago by winning her second Academy of Country Music Awards entertainer of the year. Both of these awards are chosen by fans who are tuned into the live shows.
